Our store General Item Return Policy In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within 14 days after delivery. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
14 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
Within 14 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
Will I need to send the item back to our store.
Only high-value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $70 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.
If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost-effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit line to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 working days.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
